We’re in the heart of the community and part of the heartbeat of the community.

There are many ways to get and to stay involved with Trinity United Church.  Different types of gatherings, formal committees and, of course, worship are only examples of how you can get involved. You might even be asked to wear a red nose!

Please let us know if you have any questions regarding involvement with:

  • Sunday School: a fun way for kids to explore their faith.

  • Youth Group: a great group of young people from Grade 6 through High School (check out the Calendar to see when our next gathering is)

  • Library: the best Church Library around with great books for all ages and tastes

  • Bible Study: normally meets Wednesday at 10:30 AM (always with coffee!)

  • Golden Girls: cards and crafts on Wednesdays 1:00 – 3:00 PM

  • Session: responsible for the congregation’s spiritual life and concerns

  • Stewards: responsible for finances and property

  • Trustees: hold the properties in trust for the United Church of Canada and have responsibility for the Trinity United Church Cemetery

We also collect stuff. Look in the Library and you’ll find collection boxes for eye glasses, milk bags and eye glasses. Once a month we remember the local Food Bank and there’s also a box for My Sister’s Place. During Advent, we put together for Samaritan’s Purse and, through Social Services, adopt a couple of families who may be having a hard time of it during Christmas.
