Our facilities are available for rent.

The Sanctuary has seating for approximately 150 and is equipped with a sound system and digital projection.

The basement is a functional open space with a large and recently renovated kitchen equipped with a commercial dishwasher.

Church Facility Rental Fees 

The price for renting the facilities for private (non-church related) events and functions is as follows:

  1. Basement rental without use of the kitchen – $100.00

      • Deposit for cleaning – $50.00 (required before event or function, will be returned if basement is cleaned and left in as found condition)

  2. Basement rental with use of kitchen – $150.00

      • Deposit for cleaning – $100.00 (required before event or function, will be returned if basement and kitchen are cleaned and left in as found condition)

  3. Sanctuary rental – $200.00

      • Deposit for cleaning – $100.00 (required before event or function, will be returned if sanctuary is cleaned and left in as found condition)

  4. Weddings

      • $800.00 to be split as follows

      • $300.00 minister (waived for members)

      • $200.00 organist

      • $200.00 sanctuary (including rehearsal) (waived for members)

      • $100.00 caretaker

      • A $100.00 non-refundable deposit required at booking. Balance to be paid a month prior to the wedding.

  1. Funerals

      • $200.00 sanctuary (waived for members)

      • $100.00 for the caretaker

 

Proof of insurance with liability minimum amount of $2 million will need to be witnessed prior to private functions and events.

Remuneration for lift operator and sound board operator may need to be negotiated prior to some functions and events.
