What is Worship Like?
Gathering each Sunday at 10:00 AM, our worship a moment with God. It’s a time with each other. It’s a place away from the busyness of the world. It’s joyous. It’s meditative. It helps us reflect on the week that was and prepare us for what’s to come.
What Music Is Celebrated During Worship?
Our music varies between the old favourite classic hymns and stuff that has been written just recently. Accompanied by the organ, piano, our choir and guest musicians and singers – in fact a Juno award winner may just drop by – we are a congregation that loves its music.
Where Do I Park?
We have a small accessible parking lot behind the church and plenty of parking up and down Centre Street.
Is The Building Accessible?
Our lift (elevator) at the rear of the church is a recent addition and it makes most of our building fully accessible. We also have a wireless system for anyone with impaired hearing that ties into our sound system so you can participate easily. The building is scent-free, we attempt to be “nut safe” and have committed to remove other barriers as they become evident.
What Happens After Worship?
We gather in the basement for refreshments and wonderful, spontaneous conversation.
