Community Activities

As a church, we open the doors and hearts to our community in different ways.

Church organized programs:

“Golden Girls” – weekly on Wednesdays 1 pm – 3 pm – play cards, dominos, other games (Sept – June)

Seniors’ Learn & Lunch program – third Friday of the month September – June 11 am

Family Games Night – first Saturday of the month September – June  6:30 pm

Host musical concerts a few times each year

We share space with:

           Seniors Healthy Living exercise program

We co-host annual community services

along with St.Andrews’ Presbyterian Church

          Remembrance Sunday Peace service (November)

          World Day of Prayer (March)

We help our community by

           Collections for:

                     My Sisters’ Place – Women in Transition

                      Our Town Food Bank

           Picking up garbage on Main St (twice a year)
